Training days are a  Saturday and Sunday morning every other month. Each day's teaching is provided by number of different teachers. Every training day has a particular theme and is divided into the following sections:

Training days are a  Saturday and Sunday morning every other month. Each day's teaching is provided by number of different teachers. Every training day has a particular theme and is divided into the following sections:
Coffee and tea available from 9am.

Saturday
a)9.30am-10.30am: Sand-play practicalities and practice
b)10.30am-12.30am: Case material provided by trainers.
12.30am-1.30pm: Lunch
c)1.30pm-3pm; And d) 3.15pm-4.45pm: Two sessions each exploring a theoretical topic applied to the practice of sand-play therapy and illustrated with clinical material wherever possible.

Sunday
9.30 to 1pm Various topics.


New trainees are expected to register for the entire course, but senior trainees and members may apply to do specific days in advance. The cost per day is £100 payable in advance and per term, or monthly by direct debit. Bursaries may be available in exceptional circumstances.
